Your team has discussed the initial findings about the spatial distribution of Wi-Fi hotspots across the city’s five boroughs. Given the relatively low number of hotspots in the outer boroughs, you have decided to contain the remainder of the analysis to Manhattan.
In your team’s discussion, questions were raised as to whether the hotspots were comparable—whether they were equally accessible or if some were free while others were restricted. Additionally, your colleagues wondered about Wi-Fi access in the city’s green spaces, knowing that some but not all parks offer Wi-Fi.
